Argentinean means MEAT, so make sure you beeline for the mixed grill when you go to Libertador. The mixed grill for two includes short ribs steak, chicken breast, chorizo, morcilla, and sweetbreads and is served with mixed green salad and fries. It can easily serve four if you make a pit stop at the app station first. We ordered the mussels and the burrata, and I would recommend both dishes. The burrata comes with thick, grilled asparagus, a nod to the veggie bar you usually see in Argentinean/Brazilian steakhouses. The mussels came in a lovely wine and tomato sauce, and I highly recommend keeping the bowl around so you can dip the fries (from the mixed grill) in it later.
Libertador offers you all the smokey grilled meat goodness of one of those churrascarias without the meat sweats.
